Refund / Cancellation Policy

At Educlassix, we aim to provide high-quality training experiences.

Since our courses are digital and include live training access, refunds are subject to the following conditions.

You may be eligible for refund if:

The course has not been significantly accessed, OR
The live sessions have not been attended

Refunds will not be provided for:

Completed or partially completed courses
Missed live sessions
Downloaded materials

You may cancel future enrollments at any time, but past payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
